Recruitment Process

1. Screening
• The recruiting process begins when a candidate finds a position that interests him and he submits an online application. If the candidates educational qualification, experience and skill match with what we are looking for then the person is called for an interview.
2. Assessment Phase
• The screening selects confirmed by the Function are taken through the subsequent rounds of discussion.
1. I. HR Interview
• Basic checks done on the fitment of a candidate for a role description and assessed on behavioral characteristics.
1. II. Functional Interview
• Basic assessment carried out on the basis of requirement of the position considered for
1. III. Final Interview
• After a candidate gets through the functional round he goes through to the Final Interview
3. Post Assessment/ Closure Phase
• HR Head recommends compensation for selected candidate post discussion with function head based on the following:
1. • Ensure that the prospective candidates are being positioned as per the compensation framework of the company
   • Ensure that parity is maintained within the organization
